1. Purpose of this Consent
This Agreement outlines the revenue-sharing terms between CloudSafe and the Artist for music distribution, streaming, and downloads on the CloudSafe platform.
2. Revenue Sharing
- Artist Share: 60% of net revenue.
- CloudSafe Share: 40% of net revenue.
- Net Revenue Calculation: Total revenue minus transaction fees, taxes, and applicable costs.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments will be made monthly via Safaricom MPESA or a user can withdraw anytime through the provided platform.
- A minimum payout threshold applies.
4. Rights & Ownership
The Artist retains full ownership of their music but grants CloudSafe a non-exclusive license for distribution.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate with 1 week notice.
